At Dynamic Detailers LLC, our mobile detailing service prices are based on an initial assessment and may be adjusted according to the specific needs of the service and your vehicle’s condition. A 20% deposit of the total estimated price is required to secure your appointment. For more accurate estimates, we kindly request that you provide recent photos and videos showing your vehicle's current status. Any changes to the initial estimate will be communicated, and your approval is required before additional work is performed. By booking our service, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
An 18% gratuity fee will be automatically added to all mobile auto detailing services. This fee ensures fair compensation for our team’s dedication and quality service. Additional gratuity is always appreciated but not required. By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
To ensure a smooth and efficient detailing experience, customers are responsible for providing access to a functional electrical outlet and, if applicable, a water source during the detailing appointment. Vehicles must be parked in an area that allows unrestricted access and ample space for our detailing team to work safely and efficiently.
If the vehicle is parked in a restricted or unsafe area, services may be canceled or postponed. For interior cleaning services, customers must remove all personal items from the vehicle before detailing, as Dynamic Detailer LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle during the process.
Customers are also expected to be available to provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled appointment time. Delays exceeding 15 minutes may result in rescheduling or additional fees.
Dynamic Detailers LLC is not liable for any pre-existing damage, defects, or issues with your vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, paint chips, dents, upholstery tears, or mechanical/electrical malfunctions that may become more apparent after cleaning.
We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper maintenance, aging materials, or manufacturer defects. Additionally, we are not liable for any personal items left in the vehicle during the detailing process.
By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree that Dynamic Detailers LLC is not responsible for any unforeseen issues that may arise before, during, or after the detailing service.
At Dynamic Detailers LLC we prioritize the safety of our team and the quality of our services. In the event of extreme weather conditions, such as heavy rain, snow, or high winds, we may need to reschedule your appointment. If a reschedule is necessary, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer the next available appointment. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in ensuring optimal conditions for your vehicle’s detailing.
Payment for all services is due in full upon completion of the detailing service. We accept cash, and digital payment options, including Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle. Please note that failure to make payment at the time of service may result in additional fees or refusal of future appointments. We value transparency and appreciate prompt payment to ensure a seamless experience for all customers.

If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns with touch-ups or service adjustments. Please note that refunds are not provided, but we are committed to ensuring your experience meets our standards of excellence.
